THE AMBIANCE THAT SURROUNDS IF FULL OF AUTHENTIC, NATURAL MATERIALS MIXED WITH OLD INDUSTRIAL DESIGN THAT POLITELY PAYS HOMAGE TO THE EARLY 1900'S, WHEN THE BUILDING FIRST CAME ABOUT. IF YOUR DINING DURING SUMMER MONTHS, THE SPACE IS FLOODED WITH NATURAL LIGHT SHOWING OFF EVERY DETAIL AND CREVICE OF THE 100 YEAR OLD RECLAIMED WOOD THAT MAKES UP THE HARDWOOD FLOORS AND COMMUNAL TABLES. IN THE WINTER MONTHS WHEN THE EVENING COMES EARIER, THE LIGHTS DIM AND LOADS OF CANDLES ARE USED TO WARM UP THE SPACE. NEED I SAY MORE? I WILL THOUGH, BECAUSE I HAVEN'T EVEN BEGUN DESCRIBING HOW GOOD EACH AND EVERY DISH IS. TRUST ME, IV'E PRETTY MUCH TRIED THEM ALL AT THIS POINT. TO START, MAY I RECOMMEND THE TRUFFLE FRIES. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE MUST!! SPRINKLED WITH PARMESAN AND DIPPED IN AIOLI, THIS APPETIZER IS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ON THE LIGHTER SIDE, THE FRESH AHI TUNA IS PERFECTLY MARINATED WITH SUBTLE HINTS OF CITRUS AND SOY.(BOTH DISHES ARE PICTURED BELOW) NOW ONTO THE MAIN COURSE. WE ORDERED THE UTAH GREENS SALAD AND THE N.Y. STEAK, ACCOMPANIED BY THE CLASSIC BAKED MAC N CHEESE. I REGRET TO INFORM YOU HOWEVER, NEITHER SHANNON OR I CAPTURED ANY PICTURES OF OUR ENTREE'S.
